A CAD $200 security authorization may be placed on the card before or at check-in. It is released two days after departure, provided the property is left in good condition.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change:

14 days or more before arrival: Full refund

7–13 days before arrival: 50% refund or transfer the amount to a future stay

Within 7 days of arrival: Non-refundable
Public Health Emergencies: If your reservation becomes unavailable due to a declared public health emergency or epidemic, we will provide a full refund regardless of the timing.
Accommodation Agreement
By confirming your reservation and providing a deposit, you agree to abide by our cancellation policy and the following conditions and rules. You are responsible for sharing this information with all members of your party.
General Conditions
1. Occupancy: Each guest room accommodates a maximum of two (2) guests, including infants and children.
2. Check-in: 4:00- 9:00 pm (local time) unless prior arrangements are made with the owner. Early luggage drop-off can also be arranged.
3. Check-out: Before 12:00 PM (local time) on the day of departure.
4. Identification: A valid ID (driver’s license, passport, or provincial card) is required at check-in. Health cards and birth certificates are not accepted.
5. Security Deposit: A CAD 200 security authorization may be placed on the card prior to or at check-in and released two days after departure, provided the property is left in good condition.
6. Pets: Pets are not permitted, with the exception of certified service dogs.
7. Swimming/Diving: Swimming or diving from the property is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
8. Non-Smoking Policy: Creekside is a non-smoking property, including e-cigarettes, vaporizers, tobacco, and cannabis. Additionally, candles and incense may not be burned indoors.
9. Noise Compliance and Respect for Property: Please review and abide by the linked City of Niagara Falls Noise Control Bylaw. You agree to respect Creekside’s facilities, including bedrooms, washrooms, and all indoor and outdoor common areas and avoid any behavior that may disturb neighboring guests or residents. A $500 administrative fee, plus any fines or penalties, will apply if law or bylaw enforcement is required due to noise complaints, trespassing, or disturbances caused by you or your party.
10. Personal Belongings: Please take necessary precautions to safeguard your personal belongings. Creekside and owners are not liable for any damaged, lost or stolen items.
11. Property Access: You agree to allow the owner or owner’s representatives reasonable access to the guest suite/room if essential repairs or emergency needs arise during your stay.
12. Complaints: We aim to make your stay enjoyable and memorable. If any issue arises, please contact the owner as soon as possible so we can address it promptly.
Liability and Indemnity
1. Limit on Losses: Creekside and owners’ liability is limited to the amount paid for your reservation.
2. Water Proximity: The property is adjacent to a creek, which presents inherent risks that creek, river, dock, decks, stairs, and other amenities may present dangers for adults and children. Please be mindful of these features and ensure that children are always supervised near the water. By staying with us, you acknowledge these potential risks and agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries or incidents involving yourself or others in your party.
3. Leisure Stays: This reservation is made as a leisure stay, and Creekside and owners are not liable for any business-related losses.
4. Unforeseen Circumstances: Creekside and owners are not responsible for delays or disruptions beyond their control.
