What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Cancel up to 14 days before arrival for a full refund.

• 7–13 days before arrival: 50% refund or transfer to another date

• Within 7 days: non‑refundable

 What is the maximum number of guests per room?

Each room accommodates a maximum of 2 guests.

Maple Suite: Sleeps up to 2 adults.
Beaver’s Den: Sleeps up to 2 adults.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Yes, we generally require a 2-night minimum stay. Weekday and off-peak stays may occasionally be available for 1 night- please contact us directly to inquire.

What types of rooms are available?

Maple Suite (Main Level): King-size bed, walk-in closet, private ensuite bathroom, soaking tub, and creek view.
Beaver’s Den (Lower Level): Comfortable queen-size bed, private bathroom, and a walkout to the backyard, patio, and dock.

Do the rooms have private bathrooms?

Yes! Both rooms have their own private bathrooms. The Maple Suite has a private ensuite bathroom, while the Beaver’s Den has a private bathroom located just outside the room. Both include fresh towels and guest amenities.

Are there any age restrictions or policies for children?

We welcome guests of all ages. However, our rooms are best suited for adults and older children due to the layout and space. Please contact us before booking if you are traveling with a younger child.
